Orangery Solutions
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
Orangery Solutions ("Orangery," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use orangery.solutions, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Orangery Solutions provides church culture consulting and coaching. For privacy questions or requests, contact lukehaythorpe@orangery.solutions.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including when you:
- Complete the Church Culture Diagnostic (name, email, church or organisation, role, and your questionnaire responses)
- Book a call or contact us by email
- Use a team share link (responses may be associated with a church team identifier)
We do not require an account to browse the site. Our marketing pages are static and do not use advertising trackers.
3. How we use your information
We use diagnostic and contact information to:
- Deliver your personalised culture results and related follow-up by email
- Understand how churches experience their culture and improve our tools
- Respond to enquiries and schedule conversations
- Aggregate team responses when you use a share link, so leaders can see a combined picture for their church
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How diagnostic data is processed
When you submit the diagnostic, your responses and contact details are sent securely to our email and processing service (hosted via Cloudflare Workers) so we can send your report. Data is used for the purposes above and stored only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law.
5. Email and communications
If you provide your email, we may send your diagnostic results and occasional follow-up related to Orangery services. You can ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time by replying to a message or contacting us directly.
6. Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate the site, for example:
- GitHub Pages — website hosting
- Cloudflare — diagnostic submission processing
- Calendly — scheduling (when you book a call)
- Google Fonts — typography (your browser may request fonts from Google)
Each provider has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies for advertising. Your diagnostic progress may be held in your browser session while you complete the questionnaire. Team share links use URL parameters only; we do not place tracking cookies for that feature.
8. Data retention
We keep diagnostic and contact records for as long as needed to support our work with you, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information subject to applicable law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at lukehaythorpe@orangery.solutions and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information transmitted through our site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at church leaders and staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
