These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at orangery.solutions and related services offered by Orangery Solutions ("Orangery," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

Orangery Solutions provides church culture consulting, coaching, workshops, diagnostics, and related professional services for church staff teams and leadership. Information on this website is for general purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or pastoral advice on its own.

2. Culture diagnostic tool

The free Church Culture Diagnostic on this site gives indicative feedback based on your responses. It is a self-assessment tool, not a formal audit, employee survey, or clinical evaluation. Results should be interpreted as a starting point for conversation, not as definitive judgments about individuals or organisations.

3. Engagements and bookings

Coaching, consulting, and paid services are subject to separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work. Scheduling through Calendly or other tools does not by itself create a binding engagement until confirmed in writing by Orangery.

4. Intellectual property

Content on this site — including text, design, frameworks, diagnostic structure, and branding — is owned by Orangery Solutions or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials for commercial use without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information through our forms, or use our tools in ways that harm others or violate applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orangery Solutions provides this website and diagnostic tool "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific organisational outcomes from use of the site or any free tool.

7. Limitation of liability

Orangery Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on diagnostic results. Our total liability for claims related to the site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no fees were paid.

8. Third-party services

We may link to or use third-party tools (for example Calendly, email delivery, or hosting). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
